Just the right amount of sweetness

This is a nice smooth BIB bourbon that is well worth the sales price. So far I’ve had a 2011 and the one i just received was a 2013, which I haven’t opened yet. As far as the 2011 I can say the bourbon is surprisingly not overly oaked seeing it was a 10-yr. Not typical tasting notes and not to hot at 100 proof. I drink this one neat.
