Tasting Notes: One of our Flagship wines, the deep, dark color of this Syrah packs a punch with rich notes of coffee, chocolate, blueberries, and raspberries. This cool-climate Syrah is rich and tasty Syrah and showcases everything Santa Maria Valley has to offer.

Pairing: Enjoy with lamb stew, short rib sliders, BBQ Baby Back Ribs, or a local favorite– or Santa Maria Style Tri-Tip with chimichurri sauce.
