Overview: Crafted in a small cooperative in the northwest of Provence, where rosé wines are traditionally vinified dry, our signature product is one-of-a-kind. Made from a family recipe, it delivers a crisp and well-balanced off-dry taste profile. Grenache, Merlot, Black Muscat, White Muscat

Tasting Notes: Notes of scrumptious, ripe peach are followed by subtle aromas of lychee and elderflower. 

Pairing: Dry-cured jambon de Bayonne, beech wood smoked Barbary duck, and Brittany Camembert baked with shallot & raisin chutney
