Founded in 1862, Schramsberg Vineyards is one of California’s most iconic sparkling wine producers. Nestled in the hills above Calistoga, Schramsberg has been pioneering méthode traditionnelle (Champagne method) sparkling wines for over 50 years, even serving at official U.S. state functions since the Nixon administration.
The 2021 Brut Rosé is a vintage-dated blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from cool-climate North Coast vineyards. Crafted in the traditional method and aged on the lees, this wine delivers both elegance and expressive fruit.
Pairing
Perfect with smoked salmon, roast turkey, creamy cheeses, or light pork dishes. Also excellent with sushi, shellfish, and festive fare.
