Balcones Texas Pot Still Bourbon (750 ml)

Description

Balcones Texas Pot Still Bourbon is made from a four grain mash bill of roasted blue corn, Texas wheat, Texas rye, and malted barley. This straight bourbon aged for 24 months in new charred barrels. Bottled at 46% ABV

Tasting Notes: 

• Nose: Honeycrisp apples, kettle corn, and graham cracker.
• Taste: Honey, sweet cream, and candied pecans.
• Finish: Soft and sweet with a tannic fade and lingering spice.
