The result is a powerful yet beautifully layered bourbon showcasing rich vanilla, oak, caramelized sweetness, baking spice, and the full-bodied character for which Booker's has become famous.
The memorable "Milkshake Batch" name pays tribute to a Beam family tradition involving Booker Noe and his son, Fred. After fishing together, the two would stop for chocolate malted milkshakes. Booker eventually began adding bourbon to his milkshake and later made bourbon-spiked chocolate malted milkshakes from scratch—a family tradition carried on by Fred and Freddie Noe today.
