Tasting Notes

Appearance: Deep ruby to garnet color, with a glossy sheen and good saturation in the glass.

Aroma (Nose): Aromas of blackberry, black cherry, boysenberry, and fresh violet, intertwined with hints of cocoa, baking chocolate, vanilla bean, and warm spices such as clove and brown sugar.

Palate: Rich red and dark fruit flavors dominate—blackberry, raspberry preserve and fresh blueberry—with secondary notes of mocha, roasted coffee, and subtle herbal touches. Silky tannins carry in balanced acidity, and there's a suggestion of vanilla and dark chocolate that lends creamy texture.

Finish: Long, smooth, and lingering. Fruit echoes fade into soft oak, chocolate, and a hint of spice. Tannins resolve into a velvety mouthfeel with just enough structure to suggest this Cabernet will evolve well with age.
