Distilled at Loch Lomond distillery which sits in Alexandria, West Dumbartonshire, this is a heavily peated dram, known as their "Inchfad" expression, and was matured in Oloroso sherry casks since 2021. It displays bbq meat notes from the outset and slight hints of cinnamon and pepper add a mild spice to the dram that also has a sweet element on the palate. A mix of both bold and subtle flavours.

Nose: Meaty, BBQ cinnamon stick
Palate: Spare ribs in BBQ sauce, smoked cheese, honey glaze
Finish: Pulled pork, dark chocolate, soy sauce, white pepper
