Crafted with intention and pride, Catan Pisco begins with organic Pedro Ximenez (PX) grapes, grown in the sun-soaked foothills of the Andes Mountains in Ovalle, Chile. Nestled among citrus groves and stone-lined terrain, the vineyards benefit from naturally irrigated soil, enriching the grapes with the vibrant essence of Chilean terroir.
Hand-harvested from Fair Trade Certified vineyards, the PX grapes are double-distilled in traditional copper stills to create a remarkably smooth, fruit-forward pisco. Originally a passion project by our master distillers in Chile, the recipe instantly resonated with our founder—marking the beginning of Catan Pisco.
Made entirely from 100% Pedro Ximenez grapes, our spirit is naturally gluten-free, carb-free, and ethically produced from start to finish through our trusted Fair Trade partners in Chile.
Do you ship to all states?
- We do NOT currently ship to the following states: Massachusetts (MA), Michigan (MI), Mississippi (MS), South Carolina (SC), Tennessee (TN), and Utah (UT). Please check your state’s laws before placing an order.

- Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays will be processed starting the following Monday.

Can I have my order shipped to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address?
