Overview: Bertrand Lilbert is a young vigneron from Cramant, Cote de Blancs, and produces only three champagnes from Chardonnay grapes. The local soil is rich in pure chalk extending up to the surface, free of other sediments as happens elsewhere in the Champagne region. The wine is highly expressive and mineral.
Tasting Notes: Citrus notes, green apple, pear, and an earthy expression.
