Overview: Château Minuty Rosé et Or is a refined expression of Provence's winemaking tradition. Produced by Château Minuty, a family estate with over 80 years of heritage, this rosé is crafted from a blend of Grenache (80%), Syrah (10%), Cinsault (5%), and Tibouren (5%) grapes. The wine is direct-pressed and aged in stainless steel to preserve its fresh and vibrant character. The estate's vineyards are situated on the hillsides of Gassin and Ramatuelle, overlooking the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, benefiting from schist, clay, and sand soils that contribute to the wine's distinctive minerality and elegance.
Tasting Notes: Pale pink hue with golden highlights. The nose is fine and delicate, offering aromas of white fruit, citrus, and fresh, complex notes of garrigue—wild herbs such as lavender, juniper, thyme, rosemary, and sage typical of southern France. On the palate, the wine is suave and airy, with a minerality that confirms its particular freshness and combines with a lovely, clean, long-lasting salinity.
Pairing: Ideal as an aperitif, this rosé pairs beautifully with a variety of dishes. It complements Mediterranean cuisine, including grilled seafood, bouillabaisse, Asian dishes, classic salads, and tropical fruit. Additionally, it enhances the flavors of fresh cheeses and charcuterie.
