Cask 111 is the unfiltered, single batch expression of our signature Tennessee High Malt recipe - our rich, malt-forward approach to bourbon. Comprised of at least 25% specialty malted grains, each 6-10 barrel lot has been selected to highlight the subtle batch-to-batch variation of this distinctly cask-forward bourbon.
Note: By omitting the filtration process, our whiskey retains every bit of character captured from its long maturation. Therefore, each bottle occasionally captures a small amount of barrel sediment.
Mash Bill: Yellow Corn, Malted Rye, Caramel Malted Barley & Honey Malted Barley
Tasting Notes: Chocolate covered cherry, toasted coconut and cinnamon. Full bodied with a warming, malty finish.
