Tasting Notes

  • Color: Clear, bright with silver highlights. 
  • Body: Light to medium. 
  • Aroma: Fresh aromas of orange, lemongrass, and mint. Hints of vanilla, green apple, and green tea. 
  • Flavor: Vanilla, Meyer lemon, fresh mint, and a hint of green guava. 

Pairing

  • Citrus-marinated white fish
  • Fresh cheeses (panela, mozzarella) and some aged cheeses such as Grana Padano, with cherry tomatoes and chimichurri (cilantro, oregano, and basil)
  • Ripe strawberries with white chocolate.

    Best Tequila Ever!!!

    This tequila is by far the smoothest I have ever had, ever! My daughter is the one who introduced me to Clase Azul and I have been hooked ever since!! Worth every penny!!

    Definitely Not the Best Clase Azul

    I've had 3 of the Clase Azul line. This would be the worst of the 3 I've had. Not very smooth. Definitely not a good blanco tequila at that price point. Sidestep the pretty bottle for a higher grade of spirit.
