La Luna Ensamble Mezcal 750ML

La Luna Mezcal is an artisanal and ancestral mezcal produced in Michoacan's lush and mountainous areas. It showcases the skill of families and centuries of practice creating artisanal and ancestral mezcal. Wild and semi-cultivated agaves are picked under the moon after reaching full maturity at elevations of above 2000 meters. The pinas are then fire roasted in a stone walled dirt pit with estate source white oak a short time afterwards. The cooked pinas are macerated and fermented in open-air wood vats before being double distilled in a copper cazo and pinewood still or, more traditionally, in a clay pot still.
