Dos Ángeles Caídos Añejo Tequila is a premium spirit that embodies the essence of traditional tequila craftsmanship. Produced and bottled at Hacienda de Oro S.A. de C.V., this tequila is made from 100% Agave Azul and is entirely additive-free, ensuring a pure and authentic flavor profile.

The production process involves cooking the agave for 12 hours in an autoclave oven at low pressure, followed by spontaneous fermentation using wild yeast from the Amatitán Valley in open stainless steel vats. Distillation is carried out horizontally in stainless steel with a copper head, and the tequila is aged for 18 months in French and American oak barrels with various toasting levels. The final product is bottled in 100% recycled glass, reflecting a commitment to sustainability.

Color: Clear, bright liquid with an intense golden color and amber highlights.

Nose: Aromatic intensity with well-integrated notes of wood, vanilla, cinnamon, olive leaves, and sweet pepper.

Palate: Excellent acidity with well-integrated flavors and remarkable finesse, featuring spices, wood, and vanilla.

Finish: Long finish with lingering notes of the barrel's toast, coffee beans, and cinnamon.
