50% Grenache and 50% Grenache blanc from the Ojos Negros Valley. Petillant naturel or “pét nat” (meaning natural sparkling wine), made using the ancestral method. Each bottle is manually disgorged, which consists of removing the sediments (mainly yeast and tartrates) that precipitate in the neck of the bottle as a result of fermentation.
