The Evan Williams series of single barrel bourbons are great value-for-money, boasting loads of character and a full-bodied flavour profile. This particular bottling was distilled in 2008 and bottled in 2017 at 43.3% ABV.
Nose: Melted butter and caramel-coated popcorn, a touch of spicy rye underneath.
Palate: White chocolate, apple, pepper and runny toffee.
Finish: Buttery once again, with soft hints of cinnamon.
