Matured in ex-bourbon barrels and finished in ex-Oloroso sherry butts, this expression offers a balanced profile—bringing together sweet vanilla, gentle oak spice, and rich dried fruit from the sherry finish. Bottled at 46% ABV and non-chill filtered, it retains its natural texture and full flavour.
