The wine is hand-harvested, carefully sorted, fermented in stainless steel, and aged for 12 months in 225-liter old French oak barrels. The result is a pure, expressive Cabernet Sauvignon with fine tannins, dark fruit, savory complexity, and a crunchy finish.
