Henry & Sons Goose Island Husk Bourbon is a bold, limited-edition collaboration that merges Wisconsin’s heritage grain bourbon craftsmanship with the innovative spirit of Chicago’s Goose Island Beer Co. This unique expression begins with J. Henry & Sons’ signature small-batch, Wisconsin-grown heirloom corn bourbon, aged over five years in new oak barrels. It is then finished in barrels that once held Goose Island’s celebrated Bourbon County Stout, infusing the whiskey with an extra layer of depth, character, and complexity.
