Founded in 1986 in the heart of Sonoma’s Russian River Valley, J Vineyards & Winery is a benchmark producer of premium sparkling wines in California. Known for its refined méthode traditionnelle sparkling wines, J combines cool-climate finesse with California vibrancy.
The J Cuvée (often labeled as “Cuvée 20”) is a flagship brut sparkling wine, crafted using Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Meunier. Made in the traditional Champagne method and aged on lees for added complexity, this cuvée is perfect for celebrations or refined everyday sipping.
Pairing
Excellent with oysters, sushi, goat cheese, fried chicken, or popcorn. Versatile enough to pair with brunch, appetizers, or light seafood dishes.
