Introduced in 2025 as part of the acclaimed Jack Daniel’s Aged Series, this extraordinary whiskey represents the first 14-year-old expression released by Jack Daniel’s in more than 100 years, recreating the type of age-stated whiskey available during the lifetime of founder Jack Daniel.
Crafted from the classic Jack Daniel’s mash bill of 80% corn, 12% malted barley, and 8% rye, the whiskey undergoes the signature Lincoln County Process, mellowing through sugar maple charcoal before entering new American oak barrels. To manage such extended maturation, barrels initially aged on the hotter upper floors of Jack Daniel’s barrelhouses before being moved to cooler lower levels, slowing the aging process and allowing the whiskey to reach 14 years without becoming overwhelmed by oak.
Unlike the 10 Year and 12 Year expressions, Jack Daniel’s 14 Year Batch 1 is bottled at barrel proof—an impressive 126.3 Proof (63.15% ABV).
