Tasting Notes:
Nose: Rich and sweet-smelling with golden syrup, demerara sugar, polished and varnished old furniture, nougat, pleasing leafy herbs, fennel, licorice and sugared almonds.
Palate: Caramel, toasted oak, and dried banana chips are immediately noticeable. The whiskey has a simple sweet flavor profile and medium-weight mouthfeel that allows it to easily be rolled around in my mouth.
Finish: Great length, with a tingling herby spiciness and fading honeyed sweetness.

As a collector, when I buy a bottle that is supposed to come in a collector box, I expect the box to be included with the order. I was very disappointed that I was sent just the bottle after being taken out of the box. Very disappointed. May not buy from again!
