The fruity, fresh and subtly spicy profile of KAVALAN single malt is due to the use of unmalted barley from Scotland and a particular and precise distillation method. In addition, the geographical location of the distillery in Taiwan offers the perfect conditions for aging whiskey. "Distillery Select" is a single malt with fruity notes, very balanced and with an exceptional finish.
