Kendall Jackson - Vintner's Reserve - Rose
Overview: "When my family and I founded Kendall-Jackson in 1982, we simply wanted to create extraordinary wine from California's best vineyards." Jess Jackson, visionary winemaker and founder of our company, was noted for popularizing Chardonnay with his Kendall-Jackson Winery and was one of the most successful independent winery owners in the world. Jess sold the first case ever of Vintner’s Reserve Chardonnay at the Oyster Bar at Grand Central Station. That same year, the inaugural vintage of Vintner’s Reserve Chardonnay won the first-ever Platinum Award for an American Chardonnay at The American Wine Competition. Kendall-Jackson was officially on the map.
Tasting Notes: A gorgeous hue of pale pink jumps out of the glass with crisp grapefruit, strawberry and white floral notes. Aromas of fresh cut watermelon, hibiscus, and apricot.
