Knappogue Castle's 16 Year Old Twin Wood is a distinguished single malt Irish whiskey that undergoes a meticulous aging process. Initially matured for 14 years in bourbon barrels, it is then finished for an additional 2 years in Oloroso sherry casks, resulting in a total aging period of 16 years. This dual maturation imparts a rich complexity and depth to the whiskey.

Aroma:Aromatic, malty, and fruity
Taste:Deep and complex with sherry maltiness, accompanied by fruity and slightly sweet notes.
