While each barrel patiently ages in white oak, our distillers continue to raise the standards, fulfilling their commitment to full flavor. The result? An unflinching balance of deep, pre-Prohibition-style bourbon with a robust oak taste, complemented with hints of smooth vanilla and layered caramel.

Tasting Notes: 

• Color: Copper to medium amber
• Nose: Quite spicy and sweet. There are notes of melted salty butter on granary toast, there are notes of toasty oak and a touch of rye with caramel sweetness.
• Palate: Rich, sweet, woody, full-bodied, almost fruity.
• Finish: Long with a touch of dryness, there are notes of nut oils and vanilla spice.
