Bottled at 100 proof in accordance with Bottled-in-Bond standards, this single barrel bourbon offers a one-of-a-kind snapshot of its individual cask. Made from a mash bill of 51% corn and 49% millet, it highlights Koval's signature use of alternative grains, delivering a fresh perspective on what bourbon can be.

Matured in new, charred American oak barrels, this whiskey draws rich vanilla, spice, and fruit from the wood, while the millet lends a soft, almost floral brightness. The "Anime" edition is wrapped in custom artwork inspired by pop culture, embodying themes of transformation, contrast, and storytelling.
