Inspired by the Mexican orchid and the pre-Hispanic, ceremonial flower songs of the Nahua, Laelia is dedicated to preserving traditional methods of tequila making.
Our tequilas are crafted from fully mature, tahona-crushed agave and mineral-rich mountain spring water, which is then naturally fermented, distilled in handmade copper pot stills and rested in American and French White Oak barrels.

- Nose: Cooked agave, floral, fruity, citrus, vanilla, oak and cinnamon
- Palate: Sweet, cooked agave, floral, fruity, toasted caramel, and delicate notes of mineral and wood
