Nose: The nose leads off with rich caramel, fresh cut strawberry, and milk chocolate. A hint of honey and vanilla round out the nose that finishes with some oak, char, and baking spices.
Palate: There’s an immediate punch of rich oak, baking spices, and a hit of leather, that leads into toffee, more of that bright strawberry. Towards the back of the palate, the chocolate and strawberry stand up a bit more with a hint of almond. The finish lingers with lots of black pepper and allspice.
