Overview
Laurenz V. is an Austrian winery founded by Laurenz Moser V, a fifth-generation member of one of Austria's most celebrated winemaking families. Based in the Kamptal region, Laurenz V. is dedicated exclusively to Grüner Veltliner, Austria's signature white grape variety. The "Singing" Grüner Veltliner is their entry-level expression, crafted to showcase the fresh, approachable character of the variety with a focus on purity and drinkability.
Tasting Notes
Pale straw in colour with aromas of white pepper, citrus zest, and fresh herbs — the hallmark signature of Grüner Veltliner. The palate is crisp and lively with bright acidity, stone fruit flavours, and a clean, peppery finish.
Pairing
Pairs beautifully with seafood, sushi, asparagus, light salads, and vegetable-based dishes. A classic pairing with Wiener Schnitzel.
