Tasting Notes:
Appearance:
Warm golden amber with copper hues; bright and inviting with a silky sheen.

Nose:
Sweet and rich, with classic bourbon notes of caramel, vanilla, and light oak. As it opens, layers of honeycomb, apple peel, baking spices, and toasted nuts emerge, balanced by a faint herbal note from the younger whiskies.

Palate:
Smooth and dynamic. The youthful bourbons provide vibrant flavors—fresh corn, toasted grain, and spice—while the 15-year-old bourbon brings deep notes of aged oak, leather, molasses, and dried fruit. A slight smokiness and char give it structure and warmth.

Finish:
Medium-long with a rolling fade. Sweet oak, cinnamon, and roasted peanut linger on the palate, leaving behind a balanced and warming finish with a gentle rye-like zip.
