4-year-old straight malt whiskey finished in cherrywood staves
4-year-old straight malt whiskey finished in applewood staves
5-year-old straight malt whiskey finished in hickory staves
4-year-old straight malt whiskey finished in maplewood staves
5-year-old Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey

Each component was finished individually and then carefully blended to create a rich, multi-faceted whiskey that honors tradition while pushing boundaries. Bottled at 117.45 proof (58.725% ABV), To The Finish is uncut, unfiltered, and unapologetically complex.

Tasting Notes:
Appearance:
Deep amber with mahogany undertones; thick, slow-moving legs indicate a rich mouthfeel.

Nose:
Incredibly aromatic and layered. Smoked oak and toasted grain come forward first, followed by waves of dark maple syrup, dried cherry, cocoa, and spiced apple. A faint wisp of campfire smoke and wood varnish adds rustic intrigue.

Palate:
Bold and flavorful. Opens with rich caramel and vanilla, transitioning into smoky wood spice and roasted nuts. Each wood finish leaves its mark—cherrywood brings fruit and tannin, hickory adds depth and savory smokiness, while applewood and maple contribute a sweet, earthy complexity. The bourbon base adds familiarity with charred oak, toffee, and a hint of cinnamon.

Finish:
Long and evolving. Smoldering oak, sweet sap, peppery spice, and a touch of leather linger with a warming, slow fade that invites reflection.
