Its Private Selection program allows custom recipes to be created using 10 finishing staves. When certain stave profiles were eventually retired, Maker’s Mark discovered that some possible combinations had never been produced.
The Lost Recipe Series brings those unexplored recipes to life.
Each edition incorporates a retired stave from the Maker’s Mark archives, creating combinations that had never previously been tasted and are not intended to become permanent releases.
