Overview
Masi Agricola is one of Italy's most celebrated family-owned wineries, with roots in the Valpolicella region of the Veneto dating back to the 18th century. Masianco is a signature white wine from Masi, a blend of Pinot Grigio and Verduzzo grapes, crafted to reflect the elegance and freshness of the Delle Venezie DOC. The Verduzzo component undergoes a brief period of drying on bamboo racks, a traditional Masi technique that adds complexity and depth to the wine.
Tasting Notes
Pale straw in colour with golden highlights. The nose offers delicate aromas of white flowers, pear, and citrus with a subtle hint of almonds. On the palate, it is fresh and well-balanced with crisp acidity, stone fruit flavours, and a clean, lingering finish.
Pairing
Pairs beautifully with seafood, light pasta dishes, risotto, grilled vegetables, and soft cheeses. An excellent aperitif wine.
