This mezcal is handcrafted using traditional methods by Master Mezcalero Cristóbal Morales in Santiago Matatlán, Oaxaca, known as the capital of mezcal.
Wild-harvested Papalote agave offers an incredibly unique flavor profile — bold, floral, herbal, and complex. Cooked in underground stone ovens, naturally fermented, and copper pot distilled, this spirit delivers terroir-rich character that speaks to the land and craft behind every drop.
