Tasting Notes: This release presents a nose of butterscotch and toffee which carries through to the palate. There the brightness of the butterscotch is met with the depth of caramel and baked apples. The flavors carry through the finish, which is medium-to-long with a spicy note one would expect with a bourbon just over three years old.
