Tasting Notes: Smooth and balanced with aromas of creamy vanilla, hint of nutmeg and toasted pecans, rich notes of cinnamon and a silky finish of lingering honey. Aged 6 years in American Oak Barrels, using sustainably sourced wood, with Bluegrass Distillery in Midway Kentucky. 75% Corn, 21% Rye, %4 Malted Barley.
