This single-origin rum is first aged in ex-bourbon barrels in the tropical climate of Belize, developing deep richness and complexity. It is then transported to France for a secondary maturation in Ferrand cognac casks, allowing the spirit to evolve in a cooler continental environment. The result is a beautifully balanced rum with layers of flavor and a long, elegant finish.

Nose: Warm and inviting aromas of toasted oak, dried fruit, vanilla bean, and a hint of tobacco.

Palate: Rich and velvety with notes of caramelized banana, baking spices, molasses, and dark chocolate, balanced by a subtle oak influence.
