TASTING NOTES:
- Nose: Rare Character seems to have the heavily decadent Amburana finish down to a science. Big, perfumed, and lingering with cigar box and tobacco.
- Palate: The palate is rich and velvety, moving across the palate like cinnamon butter on freshly baked rolls. With plenty of spices, the thick and chewy vanilla and cinnamon roll note adds gobs of sweetness and keeps all the spices in check. Baked apple, clove, and toasted oak.
- Finish: The finish trails with all of the vanilla and cinnamon flavors previously mentioned, with a tape more akin to maple pecan pancakes than anything else.
