Produced by the Cortés family using time-honored artisanal methods, this mezcal is revered for its intense aromatics, floral elegance, and layered complexity.
Agave Tepextate can take 20–30 years to mature, growing in rocky, high-elevation terrain that imparts a distinctive mineral and herbal character. Each small batch is produced with stone-pit roasting, natural open-air fermentation, and copper pot distillation, preserving the agave’s wild personality while delivering remarkable balance and precision.
