We are known for our flagship Zinfandel, a wine that launched almost 20 years ago and helped reinvigorate an overlooked California varietal. Since then, we have launched a Red Blend, Chenin Blanc and Shiraz, staying off the beaten track of the more common varietals and instead bringing more unexpected offerings to help uncover what’s next.
At SALDO, the only thing better than creating our unexpected wines is sharing them with other curious and exploratory wine drinkers and we cannot wait to have you apart of our journey.
Tasting Notes: On the nose, black stone fruit and blueberries. Dried black cherries and baking spices on the palate.
Pairing: Smoked Sausage with Creamy Polenta, Gorgonzola Stuffed Dates wrapped in Bacon, and Caramelized Onion and Feta Tart.
