Santa Almagia Tobalá Joven is an ultra-premium ancestral mezcal crafted in micro-lots in Santa Catarina Minas, Oaxaca. Produced from rare wild Tobalá agave that matures for 8–10 years, this mezcal is made using true ancestral techniques, including underground stone oven roasting, hand-crushing with wooden mallets, and double distillation in clay pots.
Balanced to 50% ABV using traditional colas and the pearling test, this expression showcases purity, minerality, and elegance. Each bottle is hand-blown, hand-bottled, and individually numbered, reflecting the craftsmanship behind every release.
