Produced at Starlight Distillery in Borden, Indiana, this limited-release bourbon begins with carefully distilled sweet mash whiskey matured in new charred American oak barrels. It then undergoes a distinctive secondary maturation in barrels that previously held honey produced from beehives throughout the Huber estate.

The result is an exceptionally flavorful bourbon featuring layers of golden apple, wildflower honey, creamy vanilla, caramel, toasted oak, and warm baking spices.
