    Also didn’t receive the Guarantee value….

    But I messaged the company and Matt from KNB reached out to me via text message and made everything right. Even sent me some free sample sizes. I was so happy with how quickly Matt made it right, I ordered another mystery box and the he hand picked his favorites and packaged it himself. I’ve been referring all my friends to KNB just for the customer service.

    I’m not 100% sure I see the value in this mystery box. I guess the explanation was to discover something exotic and unique.

    Not The Value I was Looking For

    Honestly, I wasn’t impressed. The bottles of tequila were nothing special, and the floral one isn’t good at all. I was hoping for something better, and doubt I will order this again. Love the concept, but not impressed with the choices.
