Overview: First vintage of the Domaine from our best plots of Chardonnay in the Marne Valley. Expression of the vintage 2018 through a selection of our most beautiful Chardonnays, resting on a clay-limestone soil.
Tasting Notes: Light gold with nice golden glints. Citrus, floral. Fresh butter, saline and mineral finish.
Pairing: Serve with oysters, scallop carpaccio, ceviche, quail with grapes, or lobsters.
