Tierra de Ensueño The Tequila Collective Single Barrel Añejo Tequila (750mL) crafted from 100% Blue Weber agave harvested from the Los Altos region of Jalisco, Mexico. Produced traditionally with blue agave, water, and yeast, this special release is aged for 2 years and bottled at 42% ABV.
Only a couple hundred bottles were produced, with each single barrel reflecting the unique terroir of the family-owned estate. This rare expression was matured in a rare oak cask and showcases Tierra de Ensueño's artisanal production methods, including fully mature agave, traditional stone ovens, roller-mill and Mozart-method processing, natural open-air fermentation, and double distillation in small-batch copper stills.
