Torabhaig is the new distillery on the Isle of Skye, and Sound of Sleat is its signature lightly peated single malt. Made with mainland and island peat, fermented slowly and bottled at 46% ABV, it shows coastal smoke, barley sweetness and fresh orchard fruit. It’s non-chill filtered, so you get the full texture and flavour the distillery intended.
This is a great way to list a modern, younger island malt that still hits the smoky/maritime notes people expect from Skye.
