Triennes - Sainte Fleur Viognier - Vin de Pays de Mediterranee
Description
Overview: In 1989, two Burgundians, Jacques Seysses, founder of Domaine Dujac, and Aubert de Villaine, joined by their Parisian friend, Michel Macaux, went in search of new vineyards. Their attention turned to southern France where they were convinced the potential for great wines was enormous. Convinced by their burgundian experience that the quality of great wines comes from the vineyard, the new owners began by investing heavily in the renewal and the tending of the vines. The focus on the vineyard remains a priority to this day.
Tasting Notes: Intense perfume of apricot, honey-suckle, white flowers and honey lavender. This wine strikes a beautiful balance between aromatic riches, crisp acidity and mineral structure..
