There is a long backstory, but I wanted to give my sister a bottle of this sparkling wine for Christmas in memory of a trip we took to Washington DC in 2017. I had purchased it from another company to only be told a few days before Christmas that it was out of stock. I searched online right away and bought from Keg N Bottle with the hopes of getting it here before Christmas. They called me a couple of days later after hours, and when I didn’t answer because I didn’t know the number, sent me an urgent text telling me they were out of stock and wanted to know if another type of wine would work. I explained the situation, and the representative looked through a shipment that had just come into the warehouse as we were texting, looked through all of the boxes and located this bottle. They then upgraded my shipping to two day to make sure it arrived on time for Christmas at no additional charge. The look on my sister’s face was priceless and I cannot say enough good things.
